Track my order
When your order leaves the warehouse, we email you the tracking number. You can check your shipment in two ways:
1. From your account
Log in with the email you used to order (we'll send you an access code, no password needed) and you'll see your orders and their tracking.
2. With your tracking number
Copy the tracking number from the shipping email and paste it on the tracking website:
Before contacting us
- Processing: 3–5 business days after purchase. During this time there is no tracking number yet.
- Delivery: 5–10 business days after shipping (some shipments to Italy, up to 14).
- It's normal for tracking to take a few days to show movement after you receive the email.
Delivery time has passed and no news? Write to us via Contact with your order number and we'll look into it.
